Sylhet Bureau :
ECDO proudly handed over college uniforms to 10 newly admitted Class XI students from Daldali and Hiluachera tea estates of Sadar upazila in Sylhet on Thursday .
The uniforms were personally handed over to the students by Mr. Lakshmikanta Singh, Executive Director of ECDO & Ms. Shakila Boby, journalist, Daily Khoborer Kagoj.
Earlier, with the generous support of individuals and institutions, ECDO supported these students secure admission to different colleges. Now, with this small step, we hope to ease their journey a little further.
Among them are 9 young girls and 1 boy from financially marginalized tea worker families each carrying the dream of higher education and a brighter future.
Lakshmikanta Singh said that,We believe that when we stand by each other, even the most difficult paths become easier. Together, we can create hope, and together, we can move forward.
