The Election Commission has released the draft Code of Conduct for political parties and candidates on its official website and invited public feedback prior to its finalisation.
Citizens have been requested to submit their opinions by July 10 to the senior secretary of the Election Commission Secretariat via email at [email protected].
This invitation was issued through a letter posted on the EC website, signed by Dewan Md Sarwar Jahan, Deputy Secretary to the EC Secretariat.
Prepared under Article 91B of the Representation of the People Order, 1972, the draft Code of Conduct for Political Parties and Candidates, 2025, is now available for public viewing.
The draft can be accessed through the Election Commission’s website at http://www.ecs.gov.bd, as stated in the EC’s official communication.
