A quake jolted different parts of the country including the capital Dhaka on Wednesday afternoon. The tremor was felt for nearly 30 second at around 4.37pm. The epicenter of the quake was in Myanmar and the magnitude was 6.8. No report of casualties or damage is, however, reported till filing this report.
