The Drug Recoveries have celebrated joyfully their Healing Aniversay on Sunday in Savar organised by BARACA – a Reputed Drug Recovery Center. The Chairman of BARACA Managing Committee Bro. Binoy Stephen Gomes csc chaired the anniversary event while His Excellency Archbishop Kevin Stuart Randel – the Vatican Embassador to Bangladesh.
Bro. Ripon James Gomes,csc, Provintial Superior of Holy Cross Brothers Fr. Belasario Sero, the Secretary of Vatican Embassador, Bro. Xavier, Mr. Jyoti F. Gomes and Mr. Montu Palma attended the anniversary as special guests. Besides, many dignateries also were present there.
The Chief Guest shared that BARACA is an unique Drug Recovery Center and has been significantly contributing in recovering and rehabilitating the drug addicts in Bangladesh. He added saying that this institution is not only healing the drug addicts, but also giving new lives to the recoveries and in their families. He visited different departments and rooms and expressed his happiness and satisfaction towards outstanding performace of BARACA.
