Dr. Zubaida Rahman’s birthday celebration in birthplace Silam

On the occasion of the happy birthday of BNP Acting Chairman Mr. Tarique Rahman wife, the pride of Sylhet and the pride of Silam Union, Dr. Zubaida Rahman, her birthplace, Silam Union, the day was celebrated with great enthusiasm.

A discussion meeting and greeting program was organized by Silam Union BNP at its Silam Point premises in Silam Union of Dakshin Surma Upazila of the district at 2 pm on Wednesday.
At that time, the local leaders and activists of the party cut a cake to express their love, respect and greetings to their beloved leader Dr. Zubaida Rahman on the occasion of her birthday.

Dr. Zubaida Rahman is the eldest daughter of Rear Admiral Mahbub Ali Khan, former Chief of the Bangladesh Navy and former Minister of Communications and Agriculture. She is a renowned physician, social worker and nationally renowned personality.

Hazi Tajrul Islam Tajul, Joint General Secretary of Sylhet District BNP and Senior Member of South Surma Upazila BNP, spoke as the chief guest at the event.
District BNP Deputy Office Secretary Mahbub Alam, Deputy Organizing Secretary and Upazila BNP Joint Secretary Monirul Islam Turon spoke as special guests.
