Dr Wendy A Garland, specialist in the instructional strategies and effective teaching-learning methods recently joined Daffodil International University as Visiting Professor. Dr Wendy A Garland holds a PhD in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, USA specializing in Learning and Human Resource Development with a Masters in Business Management and Finance.
Dr Garland is based out of Indonesia and provides educational consulting services and corporate training throughout Southeast Asia. Before opening her company, she was the Director of Teaching and Learning at Papua New Guinea University Technology where she implemented sustainable training and development programs.
