By equipping faculty members with the necessary skills and knowledge, the University aims to foster a new generation of graduates who are well-prepared to excel in the competitive job market.

“This training is a crucial step in our commitment to producing graduates who are not only academically qualified but also industry-ready,” said Dr. Tanvir Abir, Director of Career Development Center (CDC).

“By equipping our faculty with the necessary tools and knowledge, we are confident that our students will be well-prepared to excel in their careers.”

The Deans of FSIT and FBE also emphasized the importance of mastering advanced methodologies and digital tools during the session, highlighting that this will better prepare faculty to equip students with the skills needed to succeed in the modern job market.

The training also provided faculty members with opportunities for personal and professional growth. DIU believes that by investing in its faculty, it is investing in the future of its students.
