Entertainment Report :
Director Mostafa Sarwar Farooki posted in solidarity with the
ongoing movement demanding the abolition of quota in government jobs.
On that post, Farooki gave red greetings to all who participated in the movement. But after a while his post was no longer seen on Facebook. It is assumed that he deleted the post to avoid controversy. What did Farooki write in the post?
Director Farooki wrote: “Stop encouraging meritless state system in the name of quotas. There may be 10 per cent quota for the backward in the society. Therefore, 56 per cent?”
Expressing solidarity with the movement, he also wrote, “Red salam for all those who are in this movement. I don’t spend much time online for my health. I am trying to stay away from all the excitement. But if I don’t say these words, I will remain a criminal to history. When my daughters grow up, they will say, Dad, when such an arrangement was made, what did you do?”
