Dinat Jahan Munni is a popular
modern song artiste and also a
playback singer of Bangladesh. Munni has created a separate
audience in the music arena of this country by singing songs years after years. That is why she has to be
busy with the stage shows during
the season of stage show.
Munni gave a news in this stage show season. And that was the press conference which was arranged
by popular film actress Shabnoor for her movie ‘Rongona’ at Dhaka Club in the capital a few days ago, Munni lent her voice to a
play-back song in that movie.
Munni has lent her voice to the song titled ‘Jonmo Ammar Chhilo Bujhi Bhul’ written by Kabir Bokul, the many times National Film Award winning lyricist. The tune and music of the song was composed by the National Film Award winning composer and singer Imran Mahmudul.
While talking about the song for ‘Rongona’, singer Dinat Jahan Munni told this correspondent, “At the moment, this song from the movie ‘Rongona’ is the new song in my voice. The lyrics of the song are very beautiful. And Imran has done very beautiful melody and music of this song. The song is undoubtedly a very nice song for me. I hope the audience will like the song when it is released.
I am sincerely grateful to the entire team of the movie ‘Rongona’ for involving me with such a song.”
Meanwhile, Dinat Jahan Munni will sing songs in two more stage shows on February 23 and 27.
Munni informed that it’s not like she’s performing music in too many stage shows. However, she expressed gratitude for the opportunity to
sing songs in stage shows.
