Apart from acting in hundreds of dramas, Ekushey Padak and National Film Award-winning living legendary actress Dilara Zaman has also acted in several notable movies.
She has acted in all the movies that have been enjoyed by the audience.
On the other hand, the popular small screen actress Farzana Chobi has acted in many dramas but two movies have been released so far.
Two artistes from Noakhali – Dilara Zaman and Farzana Chobi – acted for the first time in the drama titled ‘Saat Numbar Bari’ directed by late noted director Amzad Hossain. Then they acted together in many dramas.
This is the first time that they are acting together in the same movie.
Last Friday, Dilara Zaman and Farzana Chobi started shooting
for the government-funded movie titled ‘Bhor’.
Deb Jyoti Bhokto has scripted this children movie which story is based on the liberation war.
Aminur Rahman Khan is the director of this movie.
In this movie, Farzana Chobi is acting as Krishna’s mother Nalini Debi. Dilara Zaman is acting as the mother-in-law of Farzana Chobi.
Although the character does not have a specific name, everyone calls her ‘Didima’ for the story of the movie.
Farzana Chobi said earlier she acted in a government grant movie. It is the second government funded movie.
On the other hand, Dilara Zaman has worked in several government-grant movies before.
While talking about acting in this government grant children movie, Dilara Zaman told this correspondent, “I like the story of movie ‘Bhor’, along with my character.
The work has only just begun, and is going well. And Farzana Chobi is a girl from my area.
She is a very ambitious girl. Chobi calls me mother with great emotion.
The heart is filled with their loves. Then I have the will to live for many more years.”
Farzana Chobi told this correspondent, “Respected Dilara Zaman is a
living legendary actress.
I am not qualified to say anything about her acting skills or qualifications.
I follow and learn from her every moment. Not only that I am a fan of her acting, I am a follower of her personal life.
Her ideas, thoughts, intelligence, thoughtfulness, humanity – everything I follow.
I think every person’s inner beauty is revealed on the outside. It is also applicable to Dilara Zaman Aunty.
She is happy with very little and lives a very simple life while we are all restless.
It is my absolute fortune to be able to do a movie with such a legendary actress.”
