In voice of the National film award-winning singer Fahmida Nabi, two new songs have been released which were also composed
by herself. Two songs were released on her YouTube channel, ‘Fahmida Nabi’.
These two songs are – ‘Sedino Mukhor Chhilo Shobdohin Kothara’ (lyrics were written by Farzana Rahman), and ‘Kachher Manush Dure Jai, Durer Manush Ashe Kachhe’ (lyrics were written by Ila Mazid). Sajib Das has arranged the music of these two songs.
Fahmida Nabi said that she released two songs on her YouTube channel on the occasion of Pahela Falgun and Valentine’s Day. Meanwhile, a book written by Fahmida Nabi was published for the first time in this year’s Amar Ekushey book fair.
For the past several years, Fahmida Nabi has regularly written her own feelings on various issues on her Facebook page. Her written words act as a guide to solve various problems of the society at different times. That is why many people requested her at various times to publish these writings in book form so that anyone can preserve the book.
Considering the fans and readers, Fahmida Nabi published her first book in this book fair, ‘Diary of Fahmida Nabi’.
Fahmida Nabi is very excited to publish the book for the first time. If she was not busy with music, the singer used to go to this book fair every day. But more new songs will come in the future, so, she has to give time for the songs in voice recording or in music videos. That’s why she can’t go to the book fair every day even if she wants to.
On the occasion of the release of two new songs and her first book, Fahmida Nabi told this correspondent, “The two new songs that were released are very beautiful. Especially in the context of the song ‘Kachher Manush Dure Jai’, it has to be said that but this is very true in the course of our life; there are many people who are very close at one time. Let’s go away for a while. People who are far away come closer, become yours. This song has moved my mind more. I tried to tune in. Hope the audience will like it. And after publishing my first book I am getting great response from my fans. This book was suddenly published at the request of everyone. I’m so pleased that maybe this book will continue to be published in the future.” Fahmida Nabi wrote 5/6 stories in ‘Anandabhuban’, ‘Anandadhara’, and ‘Bichitra’. She wants to publish those stories in book form.
