At the beginning of her acting career, popular drama actress Deepa Khandakar acted in many dramas aired on Bangladesh Television (BTV).
It can be said that BTV has a big role behind her position as an actress. That’s why Deepa tries to do it with great interest when she gets an offer from BTV to work.
In BTV, however, the honorarium of the artistes has also increased quite a lot compared to before. That’s why artistes are more interested in the work of BTV than before.
In the meantime, Deepa Khandakar acted in BTV’s one-episode weekly drama titled ‘Ghor’ written by Nasrin Mustafa.
In the meantime, Deepa Khandakar said that the scene recording work of the drama has been completed on BTV.
She said National Film Award winning actor Shatabdi Wadud acted opposite her in the drama.
Deepa Khandakar told this correspondent, “The story of the drama revolves around a child. It is the drama of the story close to life. The playwright has composed a wonderful story. That’s why I like doing the work. I hope the audience will like the drama.”
The drama will be aired on BTV soon, the actress added.
Deepa Khandakar also said that she is supposed to work on a web series under the direction of Zahid Pritom on September 16.
Meanwhile, Deepa completed the dubbing work of Zahid Hossain directed movie ‘Ritukamini’ which was completed before Eid-ul-Azha.
In this movie, she played a completely different character ‘Amena’.
In the meantime, Deepa Khandakar’s web series ‘Rumi,’ directed by Vicky Zahed, is being aired on Hoi Choi.
Meanwhile, Deepa has already completed work of drama ‘Hide and Seek’ directed by Maqhmudur Rahman Heme for Deepto Play.
In last Eid-ul-Azha, Deepa was seen acting in ‘Chhoto Kaku’ series and a ghost story based drama titled ‘Pichhone Takaben Na’, directed by Animesh Aich.
Deepa Khandakar was last seen on the big screen in the movie ‘Darkworld’ directed by Mostafizur Rahman Manik.
The released movies starring Deepa Khandakar are – ‘Bhaijan Elore’, ‘Payer Chhap’, ‘Aporajeyo’ and ‘Jinn 2’.
The movie ‘Manolok,’ directed by Shahid Raihan, starring Deepa is waiting for release.
In the meantime, Deepa has worked as a model in the advertisement of soybean oil of a company under the direction of Soni Rahman.
