Dabur Bangladesh Private Limited announces the launch of a solar energy initiative at its Dhamrai Factory, marking a significant step towards sustainable and eco-friendly operations. The agreement signing ceremony held at Dabur Bangladesh Corporate Head office at Gulshan Avenue in the capital recently.
The project installation of a 529.20 kWp (DC)/ 420 kW (AC) solar power system is undertaken in partnership with the renowned solar energy solutions provider Solaric.This initiative reflects Dabur Bangladesh’s commitment to green energy and reducing its carbon footprint, aligning with global sustainability goals. The solar plant will contribute to powering factory operations with clean energy, thereby enhancing energy efficiency and supporting environmental responsibility, says a press release.
The agreement was signed by Sabbir Al Harun, Country Manager of Dabur Bangladesh Private Limited and Didar Islam, Managing Director of Solaric. Senior officials from both Dabur Bangladesh and Solaric were present during the ceremony.
