Crystal Insurance recommends 7pc cash, 10pc stock dividends

104th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held in the Board Room of Companys Corporate Office at DR Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka on Sunday, says a press release.
Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. A.H.M. Mozammel Hoque, Abdullah Hasan, Md. Tajul Islam, Arafat Rashid, Farhana Danesh, Soera Zahir, Nusrat Mahmud, Mrs. Nabila Mahmud, Directors and Dr. M. Waliuzzaman, Kazi Nasim Uddin Ahmed, Md. Rashedur Rahman, Independent Directors, S M Shahidullah, Chief Executive Officer (C.C) M. Mahfuzur Rahman FCA, Additional Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and Md. Radoan Hossain, Assistant Vice President and In-Charge (Internal Audit and Compliance) of the Company attended the meeting.
After discussion on the other agenda, the Board recommended the audited Financial Statement for the year end 31st December-2023, 7% Cash Dividend and 10% Stock Dividend on the profit of 2023 for adoption in the next Annual General Meeting.
