A Dhaka court has ordered to seize the property of Mohammad Rassel, the former CEO of the e-commerce company Evaly, and chairman Shamima Nasrin in a case filed over fraud.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Begum Farah Diba Chanda passed the order on Thursday, reports media.
She also ordered the issuance of a police circular containing the description of the personal features of both the accused.
The plaintiff’s lawyer Sakibul Islam said: “On February 15, the court issued an arrest warrant against the accused.
Then I applied for the issuance of a wanted circular and seizure of property. After the hearing, the court granted the request.
