After a long wait, the film ‘Dhumketu’ starring Dev and Subhasree has been released. This blockbuster film is coming to the audience this year after almost a decade. Dev and Subhasree came on stage to promote the film before its release, out of respect for the love of the fans.
A new controversy was created by a comment made by Dev. “The mother of two children, Subhashree, no longer has that innocence on her face.” Subhashree was upset by Dev’s words. After this comment, a lot of discussion and criticism started on social media.
Meanwhile, Subhashree opened up about the whole matter in an interview given to the Indian media.
Regarding coming on stage with Dev to promote the film ‘Dhumketu’, Subhashree said, “Whatever I have done in my life, I have done it honestly. When I said yes to the promotion of ‘Dhumketu’, I said it honestly. To be honest, none of us made any effort to keep our couple alive, no one in the industry did. Only the audience kept our couple alive in love. The fans kept our couple alive. The result of that was that night, and then the storm that broke out on the internet. I can never insult that.”
