Conspiracies are going on not only in the country, but also in foreign lands. After completing the escape process, the allies of the ousted fascist government have been silent for some time. But now, they have become obsessed with taking over the country again. Especially the ministers, MPs and top leaders of the Awami League who have taken refuge in India and some other countries have become active with a special agenda to overthrow the interim government. As part of this plan, they first want to destabilize the country.
According to media reports, they had hatched a plan called the ‘August Return Hit Plan’ to overthrow the interim government and bring back deposed Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is now in India. The implementation of this plan involved a series of horrific sabotages. However, the patriotic officers of the law enforcement agencies played a special role in foiling these anti-national conspiracies. These officers, who included the army, police, and intelligence agencies, worked day and night to foil these dreadful conspiracies.
Needless to say, although the conspirators’ first round of malicious plans has failed one by one, they are not resting on their laurels. It has been learned through high-level sources that they will try to thwart the next parliamentary elections likely to be held in February. And a second phase of the conspiracy has been hatched also to prevent BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman from returning to the country. All these they want to implement between October and December.
Before that, they want to start some special activities from the southern part of the country to paralyze the government. Separate secret Awami League offices have already been opened in Kolkata and Delhi to coordinate the work. What is more worrying is that some pro-fascist members of several intelligence agencies are allegedly providing logistics from behind the scenes to support the work of this group.
This is a matter of concern, no doubt. Everyone must remember that the country comes first. So many people have given their lives in this way with the dream of building a beautiful Bangladesh. To stand on their blood, hand this country over to the conspirators would mean betraying that blood. For this reason, the government must be more vigilant. It is hoped that the interim government will break through all the web of conspiracies and move towards state reform as well as organizing free, fair, and impartial parliamentary elections.
