Community Bank, Tropical Homes sign MoU on real estate loans

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC and Tropical Homes Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen mutual cooperation and offer enhanced loan facilities in the real estate sector.

The signing ceremony was held at the Bank’s Head Office, attended by senior officials from both organizations, according to a press release.

Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank, and Tanveer Reza, Chairman of Tropical Homes Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions and exchanged the documents.

The partnership aims to make real estate loan facilities more accessible, efficient, and customer-centric. Both organisations expressed confidence that the collaboration will create new opportunities for improving customer service and expanding financial offerings in the housing and property market.
