Experts say during this time, from villages to town , many people are suffering from fever and respiratory diseases. Some are suffering from fever and cold along with the whole family. Those who have a tendency to catch cold should keep warm clothes with them if they go out in the morning and evening.
They also suggested drinking warm water with turmeric. Advising to be extra cautious and aware, they said, if you have fever at this time, you must get tested for dengue.

According to regular monitoring by the Department of Health and the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), influenza outbreaks usually increase during winter and seasonal changes.
Between 2016 and 2019, influenza accounted for 15-26 percent of hospital admissions for influenza and severe respiratory illness in the country each year.
Kishoreganj, Civil Surgeon (CS) Dr. Saiful Islam said that the change due to the change of season is normal. It has been going on for ages. At this time, colds, influenza, flu infections occur.
Besides, the CS advised all to be very aware about dengue. He said to avoid the troubles of these seasonal diseases, it is better to avoid going outside unless necessary, to avoid eating food on the side of the road or open.
Professor Dr. Mohuuddin Ahamed said, Especially children should avoid snacks like jhalmuri, fuchka and sidewalk sherbet in front of school.
Emphasis should be placed on taking nutritious safe food. Those who work outside, from laborers to all classes of people, take water from their homes. And it is better to wear a mask to avoid dust and germs.
