Cluster tests rescheduled

The first-year undergraduate admission test for the academic year 2023-24 of 24 universities under cluster-system have been rescheduled and will begin on April 27.

The decision was taken at the third meeting of coordinated committee of GST cluster universities in the conference room of the University Grants Commission (UGC) on Wednesday.

As per the new schedule, the admission test will start from April 27 by holding the ‘A’ unit (Science) admission test. The admission test for ‘B’ unit (Humanities) and ‘C’ unit (Commerce) will be held on May 4 and May 11 respectively.

All of the admission test will be held from 12pm to 1 pm.

Vice-chancellors of 23 universities were present in the meeting chaired by Prof Dr Anwar Hossain, vice chancellor of Jessore Science and Technology University (JSTU) and also convener of integrated admission committee of GST.

The students can apply for the admission test between February 12 and February 26. The candidates have to pay Tk 1500 as application fee and additional Tk 500 for the specialized subjects.
