A 2-year -old child has died after falling into a hole in Kishoreganj ‘s Kuliarchar town on Sunday morning. The deceased as Md. Farhad (2), son of Md.Faisal.
The accident occurred on Sunday morning around 7.40 am in Barakharchar Purbapara of Kuliarchar town.
According to family sources, around 7 am, his mother was preparing to cook with the child by her side.
After a while, when she suddenly couldn’t find Farhad, the family members started searching around. At one point, they found the child upside down in dirty water in a hole dug for bathing next to the house.
He was quickly rescued and first taken to Kuliarchar Nirbahi Health Complex. Later, he was taken to Zahurul Islam Medical College Hospital , Bajitpur for advanced treatment, where the doctor on duty declared him dead.
In this regard, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kuliarchar Police Station, Md. Helal Uddin said, the incident is very sad. No complaint has been received from the family. Based on the family’s request.
