Chanda Mahjabeen in discussion with ‘Haal Chherona Bondhu’

Chanda Mahjabeen is a noted actress, play director, anchor and businesswoman at a time. Basically she has established her name among the viewers by virtue of her acting and giving direction of dramas. Besides these, last 10 years she has been running a Facebook page titled ‘Haal Chherona Bondhu.’ According to her, main aim of this page is to keep confidence on the
creator. Basically to stay beside people as a human being, Chanda Mahjabeen started this page on Facebook. There are 1200 life-oriented videos are
available on this page, which are being enjoyed by the viewers frequently. People can find out their solutions from that page. Somebody gives their phone calls, which number is given on that page, to Chanda Mahjabeen from Saturday to Thursday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. They are trying to get solutions of their life after talking with Chanda Mahjabeen.
While asking Chanda Mahjabeen why she selected this kind of social service, she told this correspondent, “I married a footballer who didn’t have mentionable income. It was our love marriage. For this reason, from acting which I earned that was not sufficient to maintain a family. I realised it after marriage. So, at one stage, I attached with garment business. I made up own house and transport. I again faced financial crisis of huge amount of money. For the first time, I shocked in my life and started to recognise people. Then 2005, I again stood up. Till 2012, I came into discussion by making dramas. To keep in mind my own life experiences, in 2013, I started the page, ‘Haal Chherona Bondhu’ on Facebook. Basically from social responsibility I have been running this page. I always want to remain beside people.”
On BTV, Chanda Mahjabeen was first seen to act in drama titled ‘Shiri Ghor.’ Then she acted in much-talked drama series ‘Ami Tumi Se,’ ‘Purboratri Purbodi,’ and many more. Under her hosting BTV’s programme ‘Mukhomukhi’ got popularity for three years at a time. Lastly, she made drama serials ‘Bongshal To Baridhara,’ ‘Ghor Jamai,’ and ‘Ayna Ghor’ for ATN Bangla. She is now passing good times with her three grandchildren – Amira, Arisha and Azina, said the actress.
