It is mentioned in the complaint that the local member of Ward No. 1 Chayed Hossain asked the plaintiffs to work as laborers for 40 days and the UP member registered one SIM with the NID of the plaintiff and kept it himself.

Defendants No. 1 and 2 called us to the Union Parishad and opened a rocket account on our mobile phone. On March 12, when we went to the Union Parishad and asked about the 40-day program and the registered SIM, the defendants No. 1 and 2 got angry with us and beat us with unspeakable language. In this situation, we returned home disappointed.

Later, when we took out the SIMs again, we found 16 thousand rupees in the Rocket account. I went to the Rocket account located in Muradpur, Chittagong, changed the PIN and withdrew a total of 32 thousand rupees.
