Leading companies in Chittagong and Chittagong Chamber of Commerce of Industries collaboratively lunched the first CEO leadership workshop “Leading Companies to global Growth” in Chittagong Boat Club on May 31.
World Class Management Institute IMD in Switzerland Charles Danaraj,Leif Sioblom and Pasha Mahmood led 40 CEOs and Directors from AKK,BSRM,Baizid Steel, CCCI,CEAT, Coats Bangladesh,HRC GRoup,Pedrollo Group, PKSF, Unilever, Western Marine Shipyard participate in the workshop.
Focusing on two powerful Strategic questions ” What will it take to double yours company”s revenuein 3 years. and what Management development will help accomplaish this goal .
Mr. Kamal Bakar, Chairman and CEO of Unilever Bangladesh observed that while company possess adequate management knowledge and management application ,the most critical elements of leadership remains absent in companies.
