Minhaz earned 8 points out of 9 games to clinch the title. FM Aminul Islam of Bangladesh Navy finished runner-up while his teammate GM Enamul Hossain Razib became 3rd in the meet. Amin and Razib earned 7.5 points each. FM Md. Saif Uddin Lavlu became 4th and IM Abu Sufian Shakil of Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club became 5th with 7 points each. Six Players earned 6.5 points each. Their positions are: 6th-FM Mehdi Hasan of Leonine, 7th-Mohammed Enayet Hossain of Fire-Service & Civil Defense, 8th-Abdullah Al-Saif of Golden Sporting Club, 9th-FM Mohammad Javed of Bangladesh Navy, 10th-CM Sohel Chowdhury of Leonine, 11th-Shahnaz Mohammad Faruk. In the 9th or last round games, IM Minhaz split points with IM Shakil, FM Amin beat Sharif Hossain, GM Razib beat FM Javed, Enayet drew with Saif, FM Saif Uddin beat Kazi Taherul Islam, Pagar got walk-over against Anisuzzaman Jewel, Sohel beat Zafrul Islam and Shahnaz beat WFM Sharmin Sultana Shirin.
