A case has been filed in a Dhaka court against popular actress Tanjin Nahar Tisha on charges of fraud and breach of trust over a saree.
Md Aminul Islam, an executive of ‘Aponia Fashion’, filed the case in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Jewel Rana in Dhaka on November 5.
Plaintiff’s lawyer Salimullah Sarkar confirmed the case information and said that the DB police have been ordered to investigate the allegations and submit a report by February 18.
Tisha joined ‘Aponia’ online page and looked at various sarees and chose a saree with a market price of Tk28,800 from there. The saree was
delivered to her house.
