Case filed against son living abroad, says Rina Khan at BNP office

Dhallywood’s noted villain actress is Rina Khan. Her eldest son lives in Germany.
Awami League people have filed a case against her son who is abroad.
A warrant has been issued for her son’s arrest.
Actress Rina Khan has appeared at the BNP office to seek relief from the case
and legal assistance.
The actress met with Salauddin Ahmed, a member of the BNP’s standing committee,
on Tuesday and submitted an application.
Rina Khan herself said this in a video message.
Rina Khan said, “I’m the mother of an abused child.
My son went to Germany in 2009. A case has been filed against my son because I support the BNP. A warrant was issued against him in that case. The police were after my younger son too. I couldn’t stay at home. I couldn’t go to any event; I wasn’t invited to any BTV event. After this fascist government left, we found new life.”
Rina Khan also said, “I am the vice-chairman of the central committee of the Zia Cultural Organization (ZISAS). I am in this situation today because I support the BNP.
We wanted to overthrow the fascist government, and we got it. We wish that in the future we will never again be oppressed by anyone. Today I’m so happy. I’m crying with happiness.”
Rina Khan, who filed a petition to be, exempted from the case, said, “I have come to the BNP party office with my case. We have Mr Salauddin, he is our mentor, and he has helped me a lot. Everyone who is in BNP has helped me a lot.
Today I filed an application to have the case against my son withdrawn. I have been waiting since morning after finishing a lot of work. Sir has given me a lot of time. For that I thank him.”
Incidentally, Rina Khan made her big screen acting debut in movie ‘Sohag Milon’, released
in 1982. She mainly plays villainous roles.
Apart from villainous roles, she has also been seen acting in various other roles. Currently,
she is working more on the small screen.
