On August 13, 2025, the Director General of the Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), Mr. Md. Enayet Ullah, held a view exchange meeting with officers and employees of all levels of the Board at the Green Road Water Building.
The purpose of the meeting was to ensure the proper management of the Board’s overall activities. Officers and employees from various zones in Dhaka participated both in person and virtually. A total of 39 important issues regarding proper operational management were raised by the staff and field-level officials.
In the meeting, key directives were presented to officers and employees of all levels from the three Boards. The Director General placed special emphasis on the importance of performing duties with honesty and dedication, said a press release.
During the discussion, he instructed that for timely implementation of the ADP (Annual Development Program), progress reports must be submitted separately for each project. For works under the revenue budget, photographs and progress descriptions must be submitted every 15 days in a compiled book format. Additionally, he proposed creating an online platform for uploading Online Progress Reports, including emergency protective works with supporting evidence.
