Indian Border Security Force (BSF) handed over three Bangladeshi young men through Benapole check post to Bangladesh authorities on Friday. The three youths-Hashem Mandal, 16, Jasim Uddin, 15, and Yasin Ali, 16 — hail from Chandpur and Jhenidah districts.
Benapole check post BGB commander Abdullah said the three youths was
detained by BSF troops for entering India illegally one and half years backs.
Later, they were sent to jail when produced before the Indian court.
The Indian government decided to send the three youths to Bangladesh after their jail term ended.
The detainees, with travel permit issued by the Indian government, were sent back to Bangladesh through Benapole check post Friday afternoon.
