The 51st founding anniversary of Bangladesh Shipping Corporation (BSC)
was celebrated in the Port City by cutting cake recently last through holding a
discussion meeting.
In the meeting, the newly Managing Director of the BSC Commodore Md Ziaul Hoque said at present in the transportation sector, BSC is a profitable organisation of the government. The meeting was told that BSC earns profit of Tk225 crores in 2021-22 fiscal and it will play vital role of the country’s economy in future after deploy of new vessels.
He called upon the officers and employees of the corporation to discharge duties rightly to continue the phases of development following the inspiration of Bangabandu’s ideology and patrotism.
General Manager Ashraful Amin moderated the meeting.
