Recently, Stanford University in the United States and the Netherlands-based world-renowned medical and scientific publishing company Elsevier have published the list of joint surveys.

In that list, Begum Rokeya University’s Associate Professor and Proctor of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Dr. Md. Ferdous Rahman, Professor of the Department of Disaster and Management Dr. Abu Reza Md. Taufiqul Islam, and Abhijit Ghosh, a student of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, have been included in the list of the world’s best 2 percent researchers.

The university’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Shawkat Ali, congratulated them and congratulated them on being included in the list of the world’s best 2 percent researchers.

In a congratulatory message, Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Md. Shawkat Ali said that this achievement proves that the teachers and students of Begum Rokeya University continue to contribute to high-quality research activities and have been able to create a worthy position for themselves in the field of world-class research.

Their outstanding success will open new horizons in our education and research arena and inspire future generations to pursue research.

The Vice Chancellor further said that the current administration is working to improve the quality of higher education and research. He called on the teachers and students of the university to get involved in research.

The Vice Chancellor expressed the hope that the 3 teachers and students who have been recognized as the world’s best researchers will make more important contributions to the world of research in the future and will enhance the prestige of Begum Rokeya University.

The Vice Chancellor also believes that every student and teacher of the university will take their success as inspiration.
