Dhaka, Sept 25 (UNB) – British Council offices in Bangladesh and all
public-facing operations and services will resume across the country
on Monday.
After the temporary closure to carry out necessary renovation works,
the British Council is now ready to welcome everyone back to their
premises in Chittagong, Sylhet and Dhaka, said a press release.
The British Council thanked to the government of Bangladesh, all
students, parents, and partners for standing beside them during their
temporary closure.
Registration for the Pearson Edexcel Examinations in January 2017
session has started on September 22 and ends on October 13, 2016.
School candidates are requested to contact their school for a unique
school candidate registration link.
Private candidates can apply through British Council website

all candidates in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Rajshahi and
Khulna.
IELTS registration dates are open for October and November 2016.
IELTS candidates can register online at ielts.britishcouncil.org.
The British Council`s English language classes for term 4 will start
from October 12.
Students can book a level test online and register for an English
course at one of their Dhaka Teaching Centres in Dhaka University
campus and Uttara, and at Agrabad in Chittagong.
They will also be running all of their Business Training courses and
workshops as usual, the release added.
