BRAC EPL Investments Ltd (BEIL) has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Paramount Solar Limited (PSL), taking on the role of corporate adviser to strengthen the solar company’s expansion in Bangladesh’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
The collaboration is designed to help PSL raise funds from the capital market, scale up its operations, and invest in advanced solar technologies to widen access to affordable and reliable clean energy nationwide, according to a press release.
“We are delighted to work with Paramount Solar Limited as they explore fund-raising options to further expand and grow their business operations,” said Syed Rashed Hussain, chief executive officer of BEIL.
Calling the initiative a milestone, PSL Director and CFO Mohammad Jahidul Abedin said, “Taking this step toward the capital market is a pivotal moment for Paramount Solar Limited. Partnering with BRAC EPL Investments Limited provides us with the strategic expertise and guidance needed to scale operations and expand access to clean, reliable energy across the country.”
