Fortune Barishal made history after clinching the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket title last year. In that year, there was a plan to travel Barishal with the championship trophy. But the plan did not see the light due to unavoidable circumstances. But this year the officials of Fortune Barishal did not do any mistake to travel Barishal with the trophy of Dutch-Bangla Bank Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket 2025. The officials of Fortune Barishal did not make any mistake to execute the opportunity. They went to Barishal on Sunday. Inhabitants of Fortune Barishal gave a warm reception to the members of Fortune Barishal.
Fortune Barishal emerged the champions in the Dutch-Bangla Bank Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) Cricket after defeating Chittagong Kings by three wickets in the final at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in the capital’s Mirpur on 7th February. After that the officials took decision to travel Barishal with the championship trophy of the BPL Cricket by launch. Suddenly owner of Fortune Barishal franchise Mizanur Rahman changed the decision that the members of Fortune Barishal and the championship trophy of BPL Cricket will travel by an aeroplane.
Mizanur Rahman said, ” We reached Barishal with the championship trophy, officials and players by a chartered flight of Bangladesh Biman today. A special programme was held at the Bell’s Park in Barishal. The senior players of Fortune Barishal delivered few words in the function which was held at Bell’s Park. The members of Fortune Barishal took part in the photo session.”
The inhabitants of Barishal received warmly the members of Fortune Barishal as they became champions in the BPL Cricket, the most prestigious domestic cricket competition of the country.
Thousands of cricket lovers of Barishal rejoiced with the trophy and burst into cheers after getting their heroes with them.
