Distribution of govt text books among the students of different classes and freshers reception was held in Parents Care School in port city on Wednesday last. After receiving the new text books, the students became cheerful with joy.
Principal of the institution Johra Abjun Sheuli presided the distribution festival. Chairman of the institution Principal Dr.Abdul Karim graced the occasion as chief guest. Admin officer Dr. MA Fazal and the seniormost teacher Reva Rani Das were present as special guests.
Teachers of the institution were also present during distribution. Md. Jasimuddin conducted the distribution programs.
The chief guest in his brief deliverations in book festival said the significance of reading books is unlimited in constituting a developed nation.
He also mentioned that the initiatives of the Bangladesh govt for free distribution of text books is very praiseworthy.
He emphasized the significance of reading books which may bring utmost success and to help building a prosperous nation, a school sources said.
