One of the popular dramas released last year was ‘Tilottama’ directed by Zahid Pritom. Bonne Hassan, hailed from Kushtia, won a lot of praise from the audience by playing the role of ‘Joyee’ in this drama.
In this drama, Bonne sang in her own voice and was well appreciated.
‘Tilottama’ famed Bonne wants to act only, not like that. Bonne wants to move forward in singing and acting.
As a child, Bonne learned music from Tripti Mohan Mallik for three years, and then she learned music from Roshe Babu for two more years. She also took dance training in Meherpur.
Bonne liked to read story books as a child. After reading the story book she felt like she was seeing it before her eyes. From there, she became interested in acting.
February 13 is the birthday of Bonne Hassan who was born in Kumarkhali in Kushtia. Bonne’s school, college life was spent in different places due to her father Md Hasan Uddin’s job.
Before the SSC exam, she acted in the drama ‘Love Link’ directed by M Shuvo. Bonnie can remember Uttara’s ‘Ashroy Shooting House’ because this house is no more.
Jovan, Safa and Tausif’s performances in this drama also came to her mind.
After acting in this drama, Bonne took a break from acting for some time to study.
Bonne then worked in several other music videos including ‘Dome Dome’.
