Kazi Rawnakul Islam Tipu, Assistant Secretary for Forest and Environment Affairs of the BNP National Executive Committee and an aspirant for nomination in the Banaripara-Ujirpur 2 constituency, met with members of the Barisal Journalist Forum on Sunday (October 18, 2025).
The meeting took place at an upscale restaurant in Barisal city at 1 pm, moderated by Forum General Secretary Shahin Hasan. Speaking as the chief guest, Tipu pledged that, if nominated, he would work alongside the people to ensure development and meet public expectations. He also vowed to uphold the spirit of mass movements and implement desired reforms in the constituency.
The event concluded with remarks from senior journalists under the chairmanship of Forum President Nikunja Bala Palash.
