Detective Branch of police on Saturday arrested BNP’s volunteer affairs secretary Mir Sharafat Ali Safu.
He was arrested from
Ramna area of the capital.
Joint Police Commissioner, Dhaka Metropolitan Police of Detective (DB) Mahbub Alam confirmed the arrest.
“Safu has been arrested from Ramna area,” he told media.
There are about 70 cases against Safu.
