A BNP delegation of five members, headed by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, has arrived at the residence of interim government Chief Advisor Dr Yunus, for discussions.
The delegation entered the chief advisor’s residence, Jamuna, at 6pm on Wednesday.
BNP Media Cell Member Shairul Kabir Khan said, “The delegation, led by Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, included Standing Committee Members Mirza Abbas, Nazrul Islam Khan, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, and Salauddin Ahmed.”
Party sources said the BNP leaders will discuss the country’s latest political situation, the party’s position on reforms, and the next election.
