Local BNP units will enforce strike in eight Upazilas on Thursday to protest alleged rigging of votes there during the first phase of the Upazila Parisad election. BNP Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi told this to reporters at the party’s Naya Paltan headquarters.
