BNP announces six-day ‘Country-Building Plan’

The BNP on Thursday unveiled a six-day programme titled ‘Plan to Build the Country’, which will be observed from 7-13 December.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi disclosed the schedule at a press conference held at the party’s central office in Nayapaltan. He also announced the formation of a committee to execute the programme, with himself as convener and BNP Joint Secretary General Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel as member secretary.

According to Rizvi, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will launch the country-building plan on December 7.

On December 8, Standing Committee Member Salahuddin Ahmed will inaugurate the event organised by Chhatra Dal.

On December 9, Standing Committee Member Nazrul Islam Khan will open the joint programme of Swechchhasebak Dal and Olama Dal.

On December 10, Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas will inaugurate the event arranged jointly by Jubo Dal and Krishak Dal.

BNP will hold a daylong programme on December 11, which will again be inaugurated by Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
No event has been scheduled for December 12.
