BKSP debuts theme song

The newly created theme song titled “Come and fly the flag of the homeland” to highlight the glorious history, sports consciousness and future vision of Bangladesh Sports Education Institute (BKSP) was debuted on Monday.

BKSP Director General Brigadier General Md. Munirul Islam inaugurated the theme song through a grand ceremony at the Audio Visual Center in the presence of all teachers, trainers, officers, employees and trainees.

The Director General considered himself extremely fortunate to be able to officially inaugurate the theme song of BKSP and was very overwhelmed to be a witness to this historic moment.

The Director General identified the theme song “Come and fly the flag of the homeland” as a symbol of the spirit and glorious path of BKSP, not just a melody.

He believes that this institution has produced numerous sportspersons at the national and international levels, this theme song will highlight our journey more brightly and will make a place in the hearts of sports lovers across the country, inspiring the present and future generations.

He said that the theme song reflects the discipline, hard work, patriotism and desire to win of BKSP.

Finally, the Director General expressed his sincere gratitude to all the artists, lyricists, composers, producers and everyone involved whose hard work made the theme song a reality.

It is worth noting that the lyrics of this theme song of BKSP, “Come, let’s fly the flag of our homeland” were written by the principal, teachers and Nihar Ahmed of BKSP Sports College, while Belal Khan composed the music. Sajib was the music arranger and the artists were Kona, Belal Khan, Nadi and Sajib.
