Bhashanchar Kalyan Samiti (BKS) held its annual general meeting and committee formation in Dhaka.
The session was presided over by President M. Abdur Rashid, who welcomed members and delivered an opening speech. General Secretary Abul Kalam Azad presented a report on the organization’s activities and a recent social welfare effort, which the meeting unanimously approved, says a press release.
Attendees included founding and current committee members, educators, journalists, doctors, professionals, and business figures. Over 500 members and notable individuals participated. Many pledged continued commitment to the Samiti’s welfare work.
