Bishwo Shahitto Kendro, in association with bKash, has expanded its book reading programme to Mymensingh and Sherpur to encourage students to develop a reading habit.
This year, the programme will distribute 40,000 books to 330 educational institutions across the country.
To foster enlightened human beings, books were presented to students from several schools in Mymensingh and Sherpur.
The schools included Collectorate School & College Mymensingh, Vidyamayee Govt.
Girls’ High School, Mukul Niketon High School, Police Lines High School, Nasirabad Collegiate School, Mymensingh High School, and Mymensingh Zilla School in Mymensingh, along with Sherpur Collectorate School & College, Sherpur Government Girls’ High School, Uttara Adarsha High School, Gobinda Kumar Pilot High School, Nabarun Bidyaniketon, and Police Lines High School in Sherpur.
