Border Guard Bangladesh, Bangladesh Police and Bangladesh Army won their respective matches of the Swapnabhumi Senior Services Kabaddi League held at Kabaddi Stadium in the city on Thursday.
In the day’s first match, BGB beat Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Party by 67-13 points with two creditable lona after leading the first half by 35-13 points.
In the second match of the day, Bangladesh Police defeated Fire Service and Civil Defense by 43-33 points with a lona after leading the first half by 21-8 points.
In the third match of the day, Bangladesh Army outplayed Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Party by 64-20 points with three creditable lona after dominating the first half by 29-7 points.
A total of eight teams are taking part in the league, organised by the Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation.
The participating teams are Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Air Force, Border Guard Bangladesh, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Dhaka Metropolitan Police and Bangladesh Ansar and VDP.
