Recently, Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited organized a day-long workshop on “Fundamentals of Selling Skills & Team Management” at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in the capital.
The workshop brought together 200 selected development officers, including Branch Managers (BM), Sales Managers (SM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Assistant Project Heads (APH), and Deputy Project Heads (DPH) from across the country.
The training workshop was designed to boost the sales performance through proper understanding of the insurance sales process, developing the communication and leadership skills and building a high-performance team. The workshop was moderated by Shahadat Hossain Bhuiyan, Head of the Business Development Department of company. In addition, Additional Managing Director Md. Awlad Hossain; Project Heads and Additional Managing Directors M. A. Rob Khan, Md. Humayun Kobir, Deputy Managing Director Md. Jashim Uddin; and Deputy Managing Director Md. Abul Hashem enliven the programme with their active participations.
