Popular model and actress Deepa Khandakar has been presenting the current cooking related programme titled ‘Rannar Expert’
on Nagorik TV for almost three years.
A few days ago, Deepa worked as a model for two new advertisements in a row. But for now the overall situation of the country is not good so no drama or movie is being made. That’s why Deepa is giving time to her family and is constantly praying to Allah for a speedy recovery from the ongoing disaster in the country.
However, she is regularly presenting the cooking realted programme being broadcasted on Nagorik TV.
Meanwhile, popular Lalon singer Nasrin Akhter Beauty and singer of this generation Sadia Liza attended this programme on Deepa’s invitation.
While talking about the show, Deepa Khandakar told this correspondent, “I already knew Beauty. I like the music of her voice. But my first acquaintance with singer Sadia Liza on the day of shooting of the show. The girl looks very sweet and is quite modest. I enjoyed chatting with both of them. And the added advantage of shooting this kind of programme with music artistes is that their songs can be heard. I have a good idea about the world of acting. When the singers come to the event, we can learn a lot about music or the world of music. I enjoyed chatting with Beauty and Sadia Liza. I hope viewers will enjoy their episode.”
Singer Beauty shared her feelings by this way, “I am a fan of Deepa Apu’s acting since childhood. What a beautiful performance she is. Her presentation is so wonderful, I can’t imagine. As long as I was with her, I felt like I was with someone very close to me.”
On the other hand, singer Sadia Liza told this correspondent, “It was easy for me as I knew the recipe that I was asked to cook on the occasion. I am impressed by Deepa Apu’s sincerity. She is a very humble artiste. And yesterday my new song titled ‘Bhalobasa Noyoner Nesha’ was released.
Everyone is requested to listen to the song.” Deepa Khandakar said that earlier she has presented various programmes of RTV, Ekushey TV and Channel 24. Currently, she is presenting on this programme on Nagorik TV.
