Bangladesh High Performance (HP) suffered an eight-wicket defeat to Pakistan Shaheens in their Australia tour after their team batters came up with an insipid batting display in Darwin on Tuesday.
The HP team earlier beat Australia’s domestic team Northern Territory in the one-day series of the three teams with Pakistan Shaheens the other one.
Put into bat first, Bangladesh HPwere bundled out for just 78 in 24.3 overs which Shaheens overhauled with 33 overs to spare. The rot began when opener Tanzid Hasan was removed for 4 and then his fellow opener Jishan Alam followed him after being out with duck.
