Bangladesh National Football team will leave the city for Bhutan on August 30 to play against Bhutan National Football team two FIFA international friendly matches. Bangladesh will take on Bhutan in the first FIFA international friendly match on September 3. Bangladesh will face Bhutan in the second FIFA international friendly match on September 8.
According to the latest FIFA rankings, Bangladesh have taken the 184th position, while Bhutan have taken the 182nd spot.
Earlier, Bangladesh Women’s National Football team traveled Bhutan to play two FIFA international friendly matches against Bhutan Women’s National Football team. Bangladesh Women’s team defeated Bhutan Women’s team in the first FIFA international friendly team 5-1 on July 24.
Bangladesh Women’s team eased past Bhutan Women’s team by 4-2 goals in the second FIFA international friendly football match on July 27. The Bangladesh eve team returned to the country on July 28.
