Bangladesh U-17 National Football team shrugged off their previous match defeat as they bounced back to register a solitary goal win over Philippines in their second group match of the AFC Under-17 Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers was held on Wednesday at National Sports Complex in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.
In the day’s match, midfielder Mohammad Shafiq Rahman scored the all important goal for Bangladesh in the 18th minute.
Earlier, Bangladesh suffered a lone goal defeat to host Cambodia in their group opening match.
